ORDERING	1. Add to Cart Click on Add to Cart to find detailed information on the product in the information section. As soon as you click on Add to Cart, the cart icon color will change, and you can view payment amount. 2. Continue Shopping / Check Out If you want to continue shopping, click on Continue Shopping, if you want to finish your order, click on Check Out. 3. Payment You can pay with credit card, or you can buy store credit. 4. Finishing ordering Your Order Was Successful (Order No.) If you are not a member, make a note of your Order No. and Certification No (when paying with credit card).
CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES	Custom Duties and Taxes may be charged according to your shipping destination and it isn’t included in the product price. Please bear in mind that there might be additional Custom Duty and Tax charged according to your country of residence. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.
SIZE CHECK	Please refer to the actual measurements provided on the product detail page. Clothing measurements are taken with item lying flat. Please note that there may be a slight difference (+/- 2 cm) from the measurements stated.
COLOR CHECK	Colors shown may vary depending on your screen settings and resolution.

SHIPPING

We mail out parcels within 2 working days (not including public holidays). All parcels are mailed out via Korea.

All international mails are mailed via air which comes with a tracking number.

Please note the delivery time as a guideline.

In the peak seasons, parcels might exceed the expected delivery time.

For parcels containing backorder apparels, please not that parcel will be mailed out as a whole unless informed and up for postage charges.
